It was a pleasure working with the Fancy Facilities crew! We have had them out to our venue, The Country Retreat in Nicolaus, in June 2022 and can't wait to have them back! They are very easy to work with and the communication is great. The restrooms are very clean & many of the guests commented about how nice the AC & music was to have. They even set out a table in front with the bride & groom's name and it was the perfect touch! Highly recommend using them for your events!

Well... where do I begin?
Janell is amazing! Hands down my favorite vendor to work with on my big day! She was so quick to respond, so helpful and really delivered the perfect bathroom facility for my wedding!
Janell did not make me feel like another name on a page. She made me feel like family. When she delivered her bathroom trailer it was better than the pictures!!! AC, music, twinkly lights on the outside and all your bathroom amenities included ready for any guests who forgot. It was a huge hit. There was definitely a lot of talk about how nice the facilities were!!!!
I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a alternative to those ugly blue portable bathrooms. Janell has earned a lifelong customer and friend! Thank you Janell for helping me make my day perfect!

Janell was fantastic to work with in getting Fancy Facilities booked for our special day. She was extremely easy to communicate with and has the best set up. Our day would not have been the same with out their wonderful luxury restrooms. They came and set them up for us and had them all ready to go for our day. Having separate stalls and a sink with a mirror was amazing! All of the guests were impressed and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend everyone to use them for their wedding or any event. Fancy Facilities Luxury Restrooms were the absolute best choice for our daughter's wedding. Having no prior experience with this type of service I did quite a bit of research and made several phone calls, not only for quotes but to also get a feel for the personnel who ran the various companies. We had been told repeatedly in our planning that wholeheartedly trusting our vendors was key to having a good experience. We felt this trust with Janell Dale and Fancy Facilities. Both phone conversations and email correspondence were pleasant, clear and detailed. Pricing was fair and very competitive, but more importantly service was excellent. We were able to see many photos in advance on the website as well as on Facebook, and so knew exactly what the trailer would look like and how it would service our wedding size. Janell arranged for set up and pick up to our venue and made the process seamless. The trailers were impeccably clean and were decorated so cute including all the supplies needed. The congratulations table in front for Kristin and Colton was a special touch as well. I feel very grateful we were able to work with Fancy Facilities Luxury Restrooms.
